Several people were injured on Monday evening when a medical evacuation helicopter crashed on a freeway in California’s Sacramento, trapping some victims inside at least one vehicle, according to the Sacramento Fire Department.The Sacramento Bee reported that the red helicopter, operated by Reach Air Medical Services, was found upside down in the middle of the road as emergency crews helped the injured.It is not yet known how many people were on board or whether the helicopter was traveling to or from a hospital.
