Mizoram Board HSSLC, HSLC 2026: The Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) has released the exam schedule for the MBSE HSSLC (Class 12) and HSLC (Class 10) board examinations for 2026. According to the announced routine, Class 12 exams will begin on February 9, while Class 10 exams are set to commence from February 19. Both examinations will be conducted from 10 am to 1 pm.
Practical exams for HSLC Class 10 students in Home Science and Science subjects are scheduled for February 11, from 9 am to 4 pm. Meanwhile, HSSLC Class 12 practicals for subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB), Computer Science, Geography, and others will be held on February 2 during the same time slot.

In the 2024-2025 academic session, the Class 10 Mizoram board exams started on February 19, and the Class 12 exams began on February 14. The MBSE 2025 theory exams were held for a three-hour duration, from 10 am to 1 pm.
The board has clarified that any holiday declared by authorities other than the MBSE chairman after the publication of the MBSE exam dates will not affect the scheduled examinations. For more information and updates, students can visit mbse.edu.in or follow the board’s official notifications.
Meanwhile, the Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB), formerly known as AHSEC, has announced that the Higher Secondary (HS) final examination 2026 will be conducted between February and March 2026.
According to the Board’s latest notice, the online form fill-up process for eligible students will begin on October 22 and continue until November 25. The Board has directed all junior colleges and higher secondary schools under Division-II to ensure no eligible student is excluded from the registration process.
Only students enrolled in recognised and approved institutions will be considered as regular candidates. Learners studying in non-recognised institutions during the 2024–25 session will be treated as ‘Institutional Private (IP)’ candidates and required to pay additional IP fees. If an institution loses its recognition, its students will automatically fall under this category.
