The Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, announced the Class 12 (Intermediate) annual examination results for 2026 on March 23. The BSEB results are officially released by Sunil Kumar, Minister of Education, Bihar. Students will be able to check their Bihar Board Inter results online on the official websites — interbiharboard.com and bsebexam.com. BSEB Chairman Anand Kishore confirmed the development, stating that the result declaration will take place in the presence of B. Rajender, Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Bihar.
In the Science stream, Samastipur’s Aditya Prakash Aman secured the first position with 96.20%, while Sakshi Kumari and Sapna Kumari jointly held the second position with 479 marks each. In the Arts stream, Nishu Kumari from Gaya topped with 489 marks, scoring 95.8%. Meanwhile, in the Commerce stream, Aditi Kumari secured the first position with 480 marks, followed by Mani Kumari, who bagged the second position with 463 marks.
The Bihar Board will release Inter results for all three streams — Science, Commerce, and Arts. Students will be able to check and download their scorecards from the official websites by entering their roll number and other required login credentials. Due to high traffic immediately after the announcement, students are advised to stay patient while accessing their results online.

This year, the Intermediate examinations were conducted from February 2 to February 13, 2026, in two shifts. The morning shift was held from 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM, while the afternoon shift took place from 2 PM to 5:15 PM. As in previous years, students were given an additional 15-minute reading time before the start of the examination to go through the question paper.

More than 13 lakh students appeared for the Bihar Board Class 12 exams this year, making it one of the largest school-level examinations conducted in the state. The board has consistently maintained a fast evaluation and result declaration process, often releasing Intermediate results by March, well ahead of many other state boards.
To access their results, students need to visit the official result portals, click on the Class 12 result link, and enter their roll code and roll number.
