'Dhurandhar: The Revenge' box office collection day 9 [LIVE]: Ranveer Singh, Rakesh Bedi, Sanjay Dutt film crosses Rs. 700 crore
Aditya Dhar’s espionage epic, ‘Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge’, shows no signs of slowing down as it enters its high-stakes second weekend. Starring Ranveer Singh as the covert spy Hamza, the film has officially joined the elite Rs. 1,000 crore global club in just nine days, matching the record-shattering pace of Allu Arjun starrer ‘Pushpa 2.’ The sequel is now poised to surpass the Rs. 894.49 crore lifetime record set by the original 2025 released ‘Dhurandhar.’

Aditya Dhar directed and Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge’ continues to power through the box office with remarkable momentum. With the second weekend now upon it, the espionage thriller is firmly poised to chase down several landmark milestones in the days ahead. As of Day 9, Friday, March 27, 2026, the Ranveer Singh starrer has officially breached the Rs. 1,000 crore mark at the global box office, becoming the fastest Indian film to reach this milestone alongside Allu Arjun starrer ‘Pushpa 2.’ With the domestic net collection now standing at Rs. 675.00 crore, the film is locked in a direct race to shatter the lifetime Indian record of its predecessor, ‘Dhurandhar’, which netted Rs. 894.49 crore in India.According to Sacnilk, very few Indian films have managed to sustain collections of this scale through their ninth day. ‘hurandhar 2: The Revenge’s nine-day India net of Rs. crore places it comfortably among the top-grossing Indian films of all time at this stage of their theatrical run. For context, films like ‘Pathaan’, ‘Jawan’, and ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, all considered generational blockbusters bore comparable or lower totals in their corresponding windows. The film’s ability to hold above Rs. 47 crore even on Day 7 and begin clocking a positive number on day 9 shows that the second weekend could deliver a significant jump in collections.Dhurandhar 2 Movie Review
