The Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL) has approved a rights issue of ₹25,000 crore at an issue price of ₹1,800 per Rights Equity Share (including a premium of ₹ 1,799 per Rights Equity Share).
This price is about 24% discount to the current market price. The record date is Monday, November 17.
In early 2023, the company had pull out a ₹20,000 crore follow-on public offer due to the publication of the Hindenburg report that triggered a sale off.
