The Gujarat International Finance Tec-City Company Limited (GIFTCL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ANSR Global Corporation Private Limited (ANSR) to promote the establishment and growth of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in GIFT City, an official release said.

The MoU, signed on Thursday (November 13, 2025), aims to facilitate the development of next-generation GCCs by leveraging GIFT City’s infrastructure, regulatory framework, and talent base. The collaboration will focus on attracting GCCs engaged in technology development, digital transformation, and enterprise innovation, the release stated.

Under the partnership, GIFTCL and ANSR will conduct joint initiatives including strategic outreach, ecosystem development, and industry engagement to highlight the operational advantages of GIFT City.

ANSR has experience in building and scaling over 175 GCCs for global companies. The partnership is expected to draw international interest to GIFT City and contribute to India’s growing role in enterprise capability development, the release added.

GIFT City managing director and group CEO Sanjay Kaul said the city had become a preferred destination for global enterprises establishing centres in India. He said the partnership with ANSR would support efforts to build an ecosystem that promotes innovation, employment, and collaboration.

ANSR founder and CEO Lalit Ahuja said the collaboration would use ANSR’s experience in developing GCCs to support GIFT City’s plan of emerging as a global centre for enterprise and technology.

The release said the partnership reflects the intent of both organisations to create an environment that encourages investment, supports skill development, and promotes growth in the GCC sector.
