Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO, Godrej Properties

Godrej Properties Ltd, having established a formidable presence in metros, is seen pursuing growth plans in Tier 2 cities. The company on Friday (November 21, 2025) announced the acquisition of 75 acres land parcel in Nagpur to offer prime real estate in that city.

This is the third acquisition in Nagpur over the past four years, underscoring its strong momentum and strategic focus on emerging growth corridors.

The development on this land will comprise primarily plotted residential units and will offer an estimated saleable area of 1.7 million square feet, the company said.

The project will have an estimated revenue potential of ₹755 crore, it added.

With this acquisition the company said it has surpassed its business development annual guidance of ₹20,000 for FY 26.

The land parcel is located near the Samruddhi Mahamarg and MIHAN SEZ, offering connectivity to major corridors, including the Nagpur–Hyderabad Highway and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport, the company said.

Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO, Godrej Properties, said, “Nagpur continues to strengthen its position as an important centre for infrastructure and industrial development, supported by improving connectivity and rising residential demand.”

“This acquisition marks another significant step in our expansion journey as we look to strengthen our presence in emerging real estate markets across India. We look forward to developing a quality plotted township that creates long-term value for its residents, aligned with our evolving aspirations,” he added.
