Maharashtra HSC Hall Ticket 2026: Instructions for schools

The board has issued detailed instructions to schools regarding the handling and distribution of hall tickets. All higher secondary schools and junior colleges under the jurisdiction of the divisional boards must download, print and distribute the hall tickets to students appearing for the Class 12 examinations. Schools have been clearly instructed not to charge any fee from students for printing the hall tickets.

Each printed hall ticket is required to be signed by the headmaster or principal and stamped with the school or college seal before being issued.

Hall tickets for students whose applications show a “Paid” status will be available under the Paid Status Admit Card option. Students who submitted applications after an extreme delay and were allotted extra seat numbers by the divisional board can access their hall tickets through the Extra Seat No Admit Card option.

In cases where corrections are required in details such as the student’s name, mother’s name or date of birth, schools must submit correction requests online using the Application Correction link.

After payment of the prescribed correction fee and approval by the divisional board, revised hall tickets will be made available through the Correction Admit Card option. For changes related to subjects or medium, schools are required to contact the divisional board directly as per the prescribed procedure.

If the photograph printed on the hall ticket is unclear or incorrect, the student’s correct photograph should be pasted on the hall ticket and duly signed and stamped by the headmaster or principal. In the event of loss of a hall ticket, schools may reprint it and issue it to the student, clearly marking it as “Duplicate” in red ink.
