The Detroit High School Sports Awards, hosted by Detroit Area Honda Dealers, are proud to announce the nominees for Girls’ Cross Country Runner of the Year. Winners will be announced at a live show this spring (date and location not announced).
During the live show, these nominees will be honored alongside 27 other sports’ Athletes of the Year. Thanks to our sponsors, RSVP-nominated athletes will receive free tickets to the event. Additional tickets are available for immediate purchase on the show’s website.
The Detroit High School Sports Awards show is part of the USA TODAY High School Sports Awards, the nation’s largest high school sports awards program. Last year’s show can still be viewed online at this link. This year, her one school in the area wins her $1,000 donation to the school’s athletic department. Details to be announced soon.
