SSC CHSL 2025: Guidelines to adhere to
SSC has issued a set of important exam day guidelines that candidates must adhere to strictly.
–Aspirants are advised to report to their respective centres well in advance, as entry gates will close 30 minutes before the exam begins.
–Candidates are advised to thoroughly verify the details mentioned in their admission certificate, including their name, roll number, ticket number, exam date, time, and venue. In case of any discrepancies or errors in personal information, it is essential to promptly contact the respective regional office to have the corrections made. The seating arrangement at the examination centre will be organised according to the ticket number provided.
–Arrive at least 30 minutes before the exam starts. Latecomers won’t be allowed in, and no one can leave until the exam ends.

–Candidates must bring a photo-bearing admit card (printed) to take the exam. They will also need to sign and provide their left thumb impression in the designated space.
–Follow all instructions given by the supervisor and invigilator throughout the exam. Items like books, notes, mobile phones, calculators, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the hall. Any candidate caught cheating or helping others will be disqualified.
–Use a black ink or black ball-point pen to fill out Part A and Part B of Side 1, as well as Side 2 of the answer sheet.
–Aspirants must handle their answer sheet carefully and keep it clean, as damaged or folded sheets may not be machine-evaluated. Both the answer sheet and question paper will be provided in the exam hall. After the test, submit the answer sheet to the invigilator before leaving. Anyone caught trying to take it out will be disqualified and face further action.
