San Luis Obispo, Calif. — The 2023 International Western Monarchs Summit will monarch supporters of the west Came to San Luis Obispo and it was sold out.
The three-day event had speakers Conferences from four countries and nine states across the United States spoke about ways to save monarch butterflies and other challenges.
speaker It was chosen to cover a wide range of topics affecting western monarch butterflies, from creating bee habitats to migrating butterflies.
The conference weekend also included three excursions to the Woodlands Village Monarch Habitat, Pismo State Beach Monarch Grove and Pollinator Gardens.
Sunday concludes with a panel that talks about the challenges monarch butterflies encounter and how to help them.
