An unidentified woman was seated in the back while Diggs appeared to be shifting the carrier from one side of the vehicle to the other. The sighting came just one day before he went public with rapper Cardi B.

The video showed Stefon Diggs walking outside the medical center in Manhattan, appearing focused on where to place the carrier. The clip, taken on May 11, 2025, quickly drew attention since the NFL star had not spoken publicly about any hospital visits. According to TMZ Sports, Diggs loaded the seat into an SUV while a woman waited inside. Though the woman’s identity was not established, the timing sparked inquiry. Diggs came out less than twenty-four hours later with Cardi B at Madison Square Garden for the Boston-bound Knicks playoff game. Celtics, where they publicly first held hands.
