Tata Realty & Infrastructure Ltd., real estate and infrastructure developer, and DBS Bank India Ltd. have announced the signing of a ₹1,280 crore Green Loan Facility, which has been availed by a special purpose vehicle (SPV), that is behind the development of Intellion Park, Gurugram, an ultra-modern 2.1 million sq. ft. campus comprising four towers under Tata Realty’s flagship Intellion branded office spaces.
DBS Bank India acted as the Sole Advisor and Green Loan Coordinator for this transaction.
