As an educator and administrator she has over 22 years of experience and expertise in both online and traditional higher education.
Dr. Jandris came to Trident from the American College of Education where he chaired his doctoral studies. Prior to that, Dr. Jandris was a tenured full professor. Concordia University In Chicago, he served as Chair of the Department, Executive Director of the PhD Program, Director of Academic Research, and Chair of the Institutional Review Board.
A scholar with a deep knowledge base, Dr. Jandris has focused his career on teaching, designing and developing doctoral and masters level courses and degree programs. As administrator, she has led the development and growth of graduate programs. Her experience as a researcher, professor, administrator, IRB chair and dissertation advisor has given Dr. Jandris a broad understanding of higher education.
Additionally, Dr. Jandris has dedicated his career to creating doctoral courses and procedures to enhance the student experience. She created a system to ensure consistency of program reviews and policies at all degree levels, as well as enhancing the functioning of the dissertation committee.

Dr. Jandris holds a Ph.D.PhD in Research Methodology from Loyola University ChicagoMaster of Arts in Secondary Education St. Xavier Universityand a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Natural Resources Principia College.
