The United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA) has announced the appointment of Molly Lacob as its inaugural Global Social Impact (GSI) Manager.
In her new role, Lacob will focus and strategize on USTOA’s sustainability and DEI initiatives. The ultimate goal of this work is to support the development and implementation of the Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) platform.

Laycob is responsible for leading initiatives and subsequent projects that have a positive impact on USTOA members and the communities in which they operate.
Other responsibilities of the GSI manager include defining a CSR roadmap that aligns with corporate strategy, engaging members, and delivering environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives.
“She has a distinct passion for sustainability and social responsibility that aligns strongly with USTOA’s mission of DEI,” said a USTOA spokesperson. “We are thrilled to have her join our team and look forward to the positive impact this position will have on our members and the industry as a whole.”
Additionally, Laycob supports members in promoting and raising awareness of sustainability and DEI, oversees environmental reporting, and acts as a liaison between the USTOA and other industry associations.
Laycob was previously Head of Sustainability for WorldStrides and most recently Sustainability Manager for the Village of Glenview, Illinois. He is also a certified LEED Green Associate with the U.S. Green Building Council.
