G20 world leaders meet: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Italian counterpart Giorgia Meloni shared a warm moment in Johannesburg on Saturday as world leaders gathered for the G20 Summit.

The two leaders exchanged a handshake and smiles ahead of the opening session at the Nasrec Expo Centre, where South African President Cyril Ramaphosa welcomed arriving delegations.

This meeting comes months after their last interaction on the sidelines of the G7 Summit in Kananaskis, Canada, in June.
