A heated argument between pantry assistants on the Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express at Hazrat Nizamuddin station escalated into a physical scuffle, captured in a viral video.

NEW DELHI: A video of a scuffle at Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station went viral on social media. Police said that the argument took place on Thursday at platform no. 7 between pantry assistants in Khajuraho Vande Bharat Express regarding placing a water box inside the train.

A case had subsequently been registered under Section 194 (affray) of BNS.According to IRCTC, RPF officials have taken four employees of the service provider into custody for further investigation. The identity cards have been deactivated and they were removed. A show cause notice has been issued to the service provider for termination of the contract and a fine of 5 lakh rupees has been imposed.
